The French Press, known for its simplicity and rich brew, has been a staple in many households since the 1920s. Its immersion brewing technique results in a rich full-bodied flavour that works well with every type of coffee.
Instructions
1. Add coffee grounds to the French Press/Cafetiere.
2. Pour hot water evenly.
3. Let it steep for 4 minutes.
4. Slowly press the plunger down, there should be slight pressure from the coffee grouds, and serve.
Tips for a Perfect Brew
Water Temperature: Always use water between 90°C and 95°C (195°F to 205°F) to avoid burning your coffee grounds.
Freshness: Coffee tastes best when brewed within 15 minutes of grinding, so as to capture the freshest oil and aroma.

Handpicked at extreme altitudes on the slopes of Almasar Mountain in West Haraz, this naturally processed coffee represents the purest expression of Yemeni terroir. Sun-dried as whole cherries on raised beds, the slow drying protocol concentrates the fruit-forward complexity.

Red fruit, dried fig, stone fruit, grape skin, cocoa, warm spice. Clean sweetness with elegant acidity. The high elevation produces a slow matured cherry that delivers exceptional density and flavor complexity

Cultivated at 2,200–2,300 MASL in the mountain villages of Haima Alkharejiya, this Red Cherry coffee is processed using natural, anaerobic, and a distinctive 7-day honey method. The Udaini varietal thrives in these extreme elevations, producing beans of exceptional density and sweetness.
Expected Cup Profile
Elderflower, honey, dark chocolate, dried fruit. The 7-day honey process imparts a silky body with complex sweetness. Naturally processed lots emphasize dried stone fruit and deep cocoa notes, while anaerobic lots add layered fermentation character.

Expected Cup Profile
Aroma, Dried fruit, raisin, sometimes a wine-like or fermented fruit quality. Noted flavors of dark chocolate, grape juice, honey, pomegranate crust, date, green apple, cacao powder, spices, with short citrusy aftertaste and smooth texture.
The Ja’adi and Jufaini varietals grown there are ancient landraces uniquely adapted to
these conditions, which is part of what makes the flavor profile so distinctive and
difficult to replicate elsewhere
